  Great price and great people that work there that's why me and dad have cricket service for going on 10 years I think. Lost track of how long we had the service. Love their service.

  Hours said they should be open and online said they were open. Couldn't get an answer on the phone either.

  This consumer told me numerous times that in store I would have to call customer service to get a line disconnected from my plan. But when I would call customer service to get the line disconnected they would tell me I would have to go in store. I have now paid $500 over almost a year of trying to get that line disconnected from my plan and the only credit I could get was $5 knocked off my bill. Customer service says they have no files on record about me trying to get the line disconnected. I told them they can call numerous stores to confirm that I was trying to get the line disconnected. They told me that sounds like an issue with the store. Take it up with the store when their customer service employees were not properly documenting. The fact that I was trying to disconnect a line from my plan would not recommend anybody getting cricket. They have great low prices but do not care for their customers. They will rob you out of your money and not have a second thought about it
