  This consumer told me numerous times that in store I would have to call customer service to get a line disconnected from my plan. But when I would call customer service to get the line disconnected they would tell me I would have to go in store. I have now paid $500 over almost a year of trying to get that line disconnected from my plan and the only credit I could get was $5 knocked off my bill. Customer service says they have no files on record about me trying to get the line disconnected. I told them they can call numerous stores to confirm that I was trying to get the line disconnected. They told me that sounds like an issue with the store. Take it up with the store when their customer service employees were not properly documenting. The fact that I was trying to disconnect a line from my plan would not recommend anybody getting cricket. They have great low prices but do not care for their customers. They will rob you out of your money and not have a second thought about it

  So my husband and I decided to switch services to cricket when we walked into the store. we had an amazing experience we were helPed by JD! all I need to say is He should be promoted LOL Since we were switching we Were able to get the deal of getting a phone for free which we picked an iPhone 7 and we Got the two lines for $90 but you also get 15 GB of hotspot I’ve been with them for a month now and have never had a problem I’m so happy we switched! Another thing I want to say is JD is very friendly with kids! I have a one and a half-year-old that was running around the store and he pulled out Chalk let her draw on their chalk wall!!! Promote JD!!!!! 😂
