Terrible experience, unprofessional staff they lie to you and wrongfully charged you for things and even after you prove them being wrong they still don't refund you,I was with out a phone over a week ,with 2 days in store,I finally have a phone thanks to a old employee that I was able to get a hold of Kim Morgan , with her advice and honesty I was able to get my phone going in no time or problem, I will never walk into the Shawnee store again!!

The worst! I went in to add a line and they added a line on a different plan so I was almost paying double and now the company refuses to give me a credit for something that was their fault. This place has gone down hill since they rehired an area manager that they had already fired as a store manager previously! I recommend going to a different business because now cricket does not care to have you as a customer or not.

Went in to see about switching plans and new phones. They say phones are one price but once they start running their stuff in their system they don’t know they are doing and then jack up the prices for their commission. I would recommend going to a different company.
