  I usually have a good experience here however when I went to go pick up my online order that I made, they gave me the wrong part , I noticed before I left thankfully that it wasn’t right and then when I went to go swap it out for the right part, they said that they don’t have it in stock even though on their app it says that they have it and that was the reason why I chose that part and why I did a pick up order. Definitely a big inconvenience and now I have to make a second trip back to get the right part.

  The folks at the Shawnee Oklahoma store are awesome. Every time I go in there for a small purchase or a large purchase they are always so helpful, polite and appreciative of my business.

  The gentleman behind the counter was great and very patient with me. Advanced Autos system is complete garbage. They can't even find a Volkswagen Golf TDI in their system. You also can't use all the characters in the search field to search by Vin or license plate. They couldn't guarantee compatible parts...meaning software at this business is incredibly outdated and needs a massive overhaul so they can find your vehicle.. To the gentleman that tried to assist me, thank you.
