  I ordered a toasted bacon egg and cheese on flat bread with teriyaki sauce on the app and went to pick it up, when i got my sandwich, it wasnt toasted and there was no sauce. i called the store and told them about it and the dude tried saying “it didnt say toasted” yet the receipt says otherwise. he asked what the sandwich was and told us we could come back and get a new one made. when we got there, we waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come out and he told us they ran out of egg and we just used the last ones. so why wasnt that said over the phone when we told you? do not go to this subway, its just a ton of young kids who only care about money, not their customers.

  Ordered through DoorDash, 2 combos and drinks with chips. The chips were missing, evening of 07/09/2026, received refund from DoorDash, but here's the thing, I shouldn't of had to ask for a refund if the employees were actually paying attention to their jobs. Do Better Subway!!!

  The worst subway I've ever been to.. the 3 times I have been there they never washed their hands and they were just sitting down using their phones. They acted like they rather be anywhere else no greeting no eye contact.
