    Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Did an online order and said it would be ready by 5:55 PM. Finally at 6:15 PM I got my food. I kept checking on it but they said they were still making it even though I got there around 5:45 PM and they were in fact, not even making my order. Then when I finally got my order, they were missing my side and drink. I asked about the side (apple sauce for my child) and they said they were out.. fine whatever, so I asked if I could substitute for chips they said yes. I asked what about the juice and they said it’s in the back. I said OK well can you go grab it and they stated I’m making a sandwich right now so you’re gonna have to wait if you’re wanting the juice. Which they should have already gotten. These people came in way after I ordered my food online and they had already put several peoples food order in front of mine after bagging it and giving it to me and telling me I then had to wait on someone behind me when they were already 20 minutes late on my order and I was sitting there for over 30 minutes waiting on my food. Get better staff.

    If you place an online order, odds are something won’t be right. Every time I place an online order something I order on my sandwich is missing or wrong. This time I paid for bacon and didn’t get any bacon on my sandwich. It’s fine if you go inside and order
