  Each time I go in there the employees won't even smile even when I try small talk with them. They act ticked off because a customer walked in. I am always friendly. I had 3 subways in Georgia years ago. And friendly customer service was a requirement .The lettuce is usually brown. Last week I had to wait while they where making sandwiches that were called in. The customer was waiting for them. I'm running late for work and just called to have a sandwich ready for pick up. She told me they don't take phone orders. Which I witnessed as not true. And no the well to do older gentleman was not a delivery service. I won't be back

  30 minutes to get my sub made there was only one individual in front of me. When he went to pay the cashier accidentally hit exact payment instead of the dollar amount that was given and did not know the basic math to tell him what his change owed was. The mayo that was used on my sub was dated 4/13 to 4/20 it is the 21st
