I walked into the cricket store and a young lady by the name of tyger helped me as soon as I walked in. She was very patient with me and helped explain everything that I needed to know I've never had a better customer experience than I have with this young lady if I could rate her a 10 or higher!!! Will be back hopefully tyger will be there to help me.

Let me start with I have been a Customer with Cricker for 10 years. I have had my paymets thru the automated monthly payment schedule. I had my wallet stolen. I called with my new c.c. number. For 4 months i have had my phone turned off and been charged extra fees. I have spoken to humans for the first 3 months and have not been set up on autopay and like i said been charged extra fees. I was suppose to have had a discount on this months bill and been set up for auto pay. Guesd what.. not only did i not get my discount i got chatged extra fees AGAIN. I have set up auto pay again thru the robot. Lets see of it works out thid time as thr humans are stupid. Thank you, Dehbi Hollland
