  We went in today. To say the girl working was rude and useless and tacky would all be an understatement. She had other customers in and didn’t even acknowledge us for 15 minutes. She was speaking English for a good while then switched to Spanish to speak to them and didn’t realize I can speak it fluently. Among her gems “no problem, they will leave” -casual conversation not related to phones- “let me get rid of them” then she outright lies to us and tells us what we need is impossible. Just to drive up the road to Norman where we were helped immediately. Maybe you should hire someone not wanting to talk to her family or friends or whatever they were and intent on doing the job. These types of employees are why we are leaving cricket altogether for Verizon. Terrible service and even worse for employees/people paid to socialize and treat people who are different than them terribly. I’ve read this very girl complained about on social media and I see why. Maybe next time she should consider that even us pasty white people can speak Spanish — when you talk about us, we know. I recorded her lying spiel if you’d like to see it :)

  this cricket store is awesome nothing compared to the store in ada , very clean store. & Esmeralda is such a great person!! she is so sweet. She helped me transfer all my pictures over to my new phone and my contacts. so so so thankful for her.

  I just want to give a shout out to Florinda. She did an awesome job switching my android phone over to my new I phone. Then she explained a lot about my new phone to me. I would have been lost. Thank you for being so patient with me. You can’t imagine how much I appreciated all your kindness and help.
