  Philly sub was missing its onions and bell peppers. Italian sub was missing its jalapeños and garlic aioli. 4 hours later and our stomachs both hurt.

  We stopped by this Subway yesterday to grab a quick lunch before heading out for the Talimena Scenic Drive, and it was the perfect choice. The first thing we noticed was how great the atmosphere was—the restaurant was exceptionally clean, bright, and actually offered some beautiful mountain views right from the seating area, which was a nice bonus for a quick bite. The restroom was clean as well. The staff were incredibly cheerful and energetic. We had a few vegetarian requests, and they were very patient and accommodating while making our sandwiches. It’s always appreciated when a team takes the time to get the details right with a smile. The sandwiches themselves were well-prepared, fresh, and definitely hit the spot for everyone in the family. If you’re passing through Poteau or heading toward the scenic highway, this is a reliable stop!

  The lady that was serving me and my friend's family was not very knowledgeable about any meal deals or even the app deal where every 4th one is free. The only reason we went there is to get a 4th sub free. The lady told us we have to order on the app and it wouldn't count toward the free sub. I could go on but yea not going here again. I dont have time to argue with them.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Tried to eat there(Subway in Poteau) the last 2 nights around 9:30pm. The sign clearly states open until 10pm. Well the 2 employees were just sitting behind the counter laughing at people trying to come in because the doors have been locked both nights. There were other cars that pulled in at the same time so I couldn’t tell you how much $$ you lost just those 2 nights. I’m sore it has happened more than just then. Just wanted the owners to know in case they were getting paid until 10pm. If so you are losing money just on wages plus the money lost on the food that would have been purchased.
