  Another corporation that doesnt want to talk to its customers. You will spend 5 dollars on top of your bill to pay in person or over the phone. Cash, card it doesnt matter. Then when you call and finally get ahold of a person. its a bunch of i dont know out of this store. Useless, Criket used to be a pretty decent service. Every since atnt and moving to ponca i think we will be shopping other companies. Its time to bankrupt companies that dont value their customers. Check out other carriers and dont put up with this treatment. Let capitalism work. Anybody that charges you for customer service on a PAID for service is a joke.

  They have been so kind and tried everything they could to improve my service but nothing has totally fixed it. It is better.
