  You can easily enjoy their food for a decent price with a wide range of rubs. Their wings, either boneless or bone-in are very tasty, though can be inconsistently crunchy or juicy. The service has always been very helpful. Their GM Melissa is awesome! Though, dine-in wait times can be a bit lengthy, if you want a quick bite, order to-go.

  I just went inside to scope out this location. I seen that this location has had a string of bad reviews. I will have to eat here with my daughters to give a more in depth review about the customer service and food quality.

  I placed my order at 11:15, store closes at 12 when I went to pick the order up I was denied entrance to the building mind you I’ve already paid for my order I have a picture of it on the screen

  Doesn’t take orders after 11:30… open until 12 for no reason. Came at 11:20 and they still wouldn’t take my order.

  Edit: I’ve call multiple times today. Sept22. At noon twice was on hold for 30minutes and never got and answer I have called tat 3:30ish twice and was sent to be on hold and I’m currently on hold at 3:50. To get my issue addressed because I still don’t have a refund and would like to get a credit instead of refund. I can’t even get anyone to answer the dang phone. This location is serious becoming the worse. I made a order through their app and it goes through DoorDash for a Dasher to go and pick it up and I made this order right before 11:30 and they accepted my order and took my money and said that my order would be done like 10 minutes before 12 so the DoorDash arrives up there 15 minutes before they close and I get a message from her saying the doors are locked and that they were ignoring her so I start calling and they ignore my calls and put the call on hold multiple times I called up there multiple times to try to speak to somebody and they just kept putting on hold the DoorDash got a hold of me and let me know that I guess they had told her that they don’t accept orders after 11:30 because they have to clean up and be able to get out on time. I understand that they don’t like having people make orders 30 minutes before but it does happen and the thing is that they’re online system should not accept orders if they’re not gonna make them and the DoorDash had told me that this isn’t the first time that this has happened that they close early due to how much business they get they’re not sonic so I don’t know why they would do that when all Wingstop hours are till 12 o’clock and I’ve had people tell me that they only take online orders or that you have to come inside. It’s just weird that they would accept orders if they’re gonna close 30 minutes before mind you I only made this order late because things happen. I didn’t have anything to eat here at home and I had 25 bucks and I thought I would get some food delivered because I’m breast-feeding. My son is sleeping already. He’s seven months. I don’t wanna have to leave the house and now they took the last bit of my money off my card and I’m out of food for dinner tonight and they didn’t cancel the order until after 12 o’clock and never refunded the money yet so it’s probably not gonna be returned for another 3 to 5 days but because I used Apple Pay the refund never hits how it’s supposed to and I always have to call to try to get the refund properly put on there and never happens and then they end up giving me a store credit after a month of it not working. It’s just a total inconvenience and this would’ve made a difference if they would’ve just answered the phone but they didn’t. I wouldn’t even be putting a bad review if somebody picked up the phone and communicate this so I can have someone to speak to about it but they had a Dasher come and waste her time and her gas to come and get a order that they weren’t even gonna give her. They wasted my time my money and this isn’t the first time I’ve tried to call that Wingstop and they ignore peoples phone calls.
