  Walked in to cheerful employees that were in good spirits and made the experience nice. They were efficient and friendly and that's what the world needs more of.

  I brought in 3 packages with 3 different labels taped to them. The young lady scanned each then handed me a receipt. Thinking it was done, I left only to find out she mixed the labels up. Jewelry ended up at a tool repair shop and impact tools ended up in the jewelry store. Needless to say I was upset as this was the 3rd time UPS stores have failed me. The young lady denied any mistake though then stated to me, I just made a mistake. Those mistakes cost businesses time and money. I was told the manager would call me within 48 hours. They blew me off. I have to use UPS due to contracts with my franchise. Be aware that this store has a definite lack of attention to detail, and this young lady surely thinks of me as an unreasonable old man, but I am out double postage for these 2 packages and 2 others prior to this.

  This place is a joke, they kept lying about not being able to do certain stuff because they don't want to do their jobs. Lied about not having the wrap for my items and then pulled some out for something else. They kept giving us the run around and trying to get us to pay $40/$50 for a BOX. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Maybe my worst enemy.

  The young lady here rolled her eyes at me because she is doing a notary and read my paperwork and questioned documents for my last name when I was 3 months old. She said she had to make sure I was signing my name on my license and I said I sign first so you would see the last name before you notarized it so why that's when she rolled her eyes. She didn't have a name tag however she has long red hair. And to note the paperwork is me requesting birth records and that's why there's different names. I've never had problems here before. I did mention her rolling her eyes was cute and very professional and she said nothing.
