Helpful staff, they packed my shipment for me, for a small fee, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
I never received my package, I'm so disappointed they get the addresses wrong so often
No one was in the store when I entered. I asked the employee (who was doing nothing) if they offer laminating services and he said yes. He pointed to the laminator and I asked him how it worked. Without a word, he proceeded to laminate the two items for me. When I went to pay, I saw that he charged me a $2.50 FedEx surcharge for helping me. If he would have told me that it cost $2.50 extra to help me, I would have figured it out myself or gone to the UPS Store instead where they have no problem helping a customer without a ridiculous surcharge for basic customer service.

Terrible experience. Charged me $4 for "stuffing" paper no bigger than a small travel size packet of Kleenex. I complained and they said I could pack it with my own paper. That is NOT Customer Service! FedEx has figured out how to nickel and dime their customers for anything & everything. No matter what I bring in, they have a rule that requires me spending more to be in compliance with their shipping policies. Especially packing paper. Good grief.
