  Did an online order. They messed up. Don't want to fix it. Need to read instructions. Didn't want sauce on my protein wrap tried to blame me then she looked online.

  Awful service. I ordered online two sandwiches. I went to pick them up, got home and the sandwiches were both switched on different breads, missing some of the veggies, and the sauces were wrong. I checked the ticket, it was correct. I drove back to have them change it. Waited. Received it again and all they changed was the bread. They were still missing the veggies and sauces were wrong. All they had to do was look at the ticket and make it correct, but no. Finally the third time they got it correct. And this is why I do NOT tip sandwich “artists” when it asks before I check out.

  Second time coming here and they switch the toppings on 2 sandwiches. So my husband received my toppings on his footlong, and I received his toppings on mine. SECOND time this has happened?
