  The person working the front desk will change online orders to ready before the food comes out to make their wait time appear to be lower. You will have to wait upwards of 30min passed the time the order is stated to be ready to get your food because of this issue. They have the worst online ordering experience.

  The order of boneless wings with Parmesan Garlic was exceptional. It was prepared very fast; it was very efficient and the food was delivered hot. Well done.

  Yesterday on 08/01/2026 I went to pick up my food. It said it would be ready at 6:30. It took a bit longer but I was completely okay with it as I wanted my chicken to be completely done Al the way. My husband now has did poisoning. His chicken was still not done. Raw. He has been up all night with an upset stomach. On top of this… some of my order was missing . Paid $60 and not a the chicken was there. I don’t care how long it takes for the chicken to cook . But it better be done for people to eat it. Also the blue cheese tasted soapy . Most likely that went bad as well. PLEASE CHECK THOSE SAUCES. I didn’t mind waiting longer for my chicken if I had to do so. We will not be coming back after this experience .

  forgot my ranch but i think the store manager tries to make up for it by offering to send another delivery driver out, i did opt for a refund on the ranch instead, thank you
