  ⭐️ 5-Star Review — Excellent Food and Customer Service | Wingstop on 39th & Portland, OKC After the horrible experience I had at the Wingstop on 500 S. MacArthur & Reno, I felt the need to share the great experience I had at this location last week at 4100 N. Portland OKC, OK. Honestly, I wish I had just gone back here today instead. The food was cooked, sauced, and seasoned perfectly. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was just as impressive. The manager—I unfortunately can’t remember her name—was extremely helpful and welcoming. The cook was also very friendly, as was the other male staff member working there. The atmosphere and energy was so pleasant that we decided to dine in instead of getting carryout, which was what we originally planned to do. That says a lot about how comfortable and welcomed we felt. Thank you all for providing such a great experience. Please keep doing what you’re doing! This is exactly what good customer service should look like. After dealing with the manager at the 500 S. MacArthur location, I can honestly say that location may need to send its management team here for training. The difference in customer service was night and day. Great food, great atmosphere, and great employees. I’ll definitely be back. I will not go to another location out of convenience.

  We were not greeted when we entered, the cashier seemed annoyed and had no volume control I couldn't understand a word she was saying, I had to repeat myself, the serving portion of fries was extremely disappointing compared to past visits of other locations, the wings were overcooked. Overall do not recommend this location and probably will not return.

  Horrible service ordered a chicken sandwich garlic parm combo brought the sandwich out with buns dripping in sauce they guy handling fries had no gloves just gives a refund
