  My wings was still alive & clucking when i purchased these earlier i just threw them away in disgust i dont even know why i even tried but im not sad you know why ???because we have a new restaurant called Nelsons on the east side & those Wings are suuuuuper bomb & cooked to perfection, dont disappoint yourself with wingstop nomore even wingstar in del city is waaay better cooked & tasting then wingstop

  Great experience overall! The wings were hot and flavorful, the fries were fresh, and my order was correct. The only downside was my pop was flat, but everything else was excellent. I’d definitely come back.

  I accidentally ordered from the wrong location and when I came to pickup here the workers were so kind to help me get it all sorted! Got a full refund from the other location and got my fresh order made super quick by this location. Everyone working was so kind and helpful and genuinely made my day. They do have a lot of online orders coming in so I would say that probably contributes to the longer wait times people are mentioning in these reviews but I wouldn’t say it’s unlike any other Wingstop in that sense. 10/10 great experience and will be back!

  I stopped by this Wingstop location in Oklahoma City, and overall my experience was mixed. I’ve been to many Wingstop locations before, and I usually enjoy the food and atmosphere. During this visit, there were some employees who were genuinely helpful and trying their best to assist customers. However, I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed by the way a situation was handled in front of other people while I was waiting for my order. It made the experience frustrating, especially since I was simply trying to make a quick pickup. Even though some staff members were helpful, the situation could have been handled more professionally. I always try to focus on having a positive experience despite minor issues, but this visit left me a little disappointed. Hopefully, customer service improves because that really makes a difference. Overall, I would still give this Wingstop another chance in the future.
