  Looks like I ordered hot honey rub OIL and not the hot honey rub boneless chicken. And are those fries supposed to be “louisiana voodoo fries”? This is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered the food one hour before they closed, and this is what I got. Respectfully, please change your closing hours if yall are going to serve shit quality food when a customer puts in an order an hour before.

  The chicken wings tasted so bad that I threw all of them in the trash. The French fries were burned, and the food was dripping with grease and smelled like burnt oil. I work in a restaurant myself, so I can tell the difference between fresh oil and old oil that hasn’t been changed. The music was so loud that I could barely place my order. Also, from a hygiene standpoint, the kitchen staff should be wearing gloves. I will never buy food from this place again, and I recommend that you value your money and avoid it too. I basically threw $27 in the trash. The food was honestly garbage.

  Placed an online order at 11:23 pm. Picked my order up to only be unsatisfied with my meal. I ordered a well done all flats meal plain. Simple right? WRONG this is the standard for Wingstop. I called and spoke to someone claiming to be the manager by the name of Landon. I told him my issue and his response was he can give me a 50% refund for my full price because the order was placed online. Then he continued to say Wingstop standard is 15 seconds longer and none of there wings are really well done. He finally agreed to a full price refund because clearly i will not be eating these wings and i will not support another Wingstop upon learning the standard here today.

  I visited this Wingstop to pick up an online delivery and had a great experience. The pickup process was unique—you’re asked to write down your name and delivery details, which felt organized and secure. The order was slightly delayed, but it was worth the wait. The store was busy, yet everything was clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would recommend this location to anyone who enjoys wings, and I’ll definitely be visiting again. Thank you.
