  Shanta the cashier was no where to be found for 25 minutes as we were waiting to order, had an attitude when it was time for us to order. Very rude and does not need to work in the front.

  This isn’t a one-off — this location does this every time. They mark the order ‘done’ on screen before cooking has even started, so pickup times are meaningless. I’ve learned to just show up and expect a wait regardless of what the app says. Consistently poor order tracking and communication. Wish I could trust their timestamps, but experience says otherwise.
