It has a lot of local charm and is conveniently located for anyone needing shipping, printing, or mailbox services. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful 😊👏. They made the process quick and easy, and I was in and out without any hassle. The store was clean ✨, well-organized 📦, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It’s always nice to find a location where the employees seem to genuinely enjoy helping customers. ✅ Friendly staff 😊 ✅ Convenient downtown location 🏙️ ✅ Clean and organized store ✨ ✅ Quick and efficient service 📦 Overall, a great experience and a location I would gladly visit again.   I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store today while getting a document notarized. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, made the notarization quick and hassle-free, and treated me with courtesy from start to finish. What could have been a stressful task turned out to be a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs notary services or other shipping and business services. Thank you for the great service!

  I would like to say how much I appreciate this UPS store, location and the staff. Especially Toya. This young lady always has a smile on her face and greet you not by just saying welcome or hello and the head is still down, but she looks up makes contact smiles at you and I am very surprised. She knows the majority of the people that have a mailbox she knows your mailbox number. Every time I’ve had a package and I’ve gotten the much appreciated email that says come pick up a package. She knows the package is for me and what my box number and she says hello and it doesn’t matter what time of the day Miss Toya is at she is very much appreciative by me. If you all have 10 of these. You’re in good business. You’re in good hands

  Toya and Yasmine were so helpful today while getting our closing documents notarized. Toya was very patient and knowledgeable while assisting us in getting everything emailed and mailed to the right place. We also had our 5 children with us and Toya and Yasmine were so kind to give them a treat and pages to color and keeping a challenging experience positive overall. Great service!

  Definitely find out the price before printing something! I asked for a childs invitation to be printed, needed 12 invitations, asked to print 4 invitations to a page, and initially asked the price. They responded asking about the paper type and size, stated they could do same day with no extra charge. I said perhaps 4x6 size, and again asked that they print 2-4 invitations per piece of paper, and chose 100 lb, but my mistake was in not asking again for the price (which they didn't respond with any prices initially, which is a red flag at restaurants!). I came to pick up my 12 invitations and they quoted it was $26 !!! What the heck? They did drop the price down to $16, but I still think $16 is ultra expensive for 12 kids invitations printed on PAPER! I had already created the image, it just needed to be printed and with the size, you could print 2 invitations per sheet of paper. The guy also told me he spent 1.5 hours to print it and cut it, and that's why it was that price... maybe he had never used a printer before?!? Considering the receipt, it seems they charged me for printing a 4x6 invitation per sheet of paper - although can 1 sheet of paper really cost $2 per page? If so, they should warn people of the prices. More likely they fit 2 invitations per sheet of paper as I suggested and just upcharged me for 1 invitation per sheet and upcharged me for each piece of paper. I should have just left the invitations there and not bought them, but my daughter was so excited for the invitations and it's been a rough year. Definitely know I won't be coming back here again!! I had ordered at UPS online a few years ago with pick up at this same store. It was incredibly reasonable price, paid perhaps $12 and got invitations, plus signs for each food, thank you cards for favor bags. The website was easy to put multiple invitations per page. I fit 4 invitations/announcements per page so the size might have been closer to 3x5. There was a mix up on the paper type so they encouraged emailing to order next time. I looked tonight and you can't order online anymore, which is disappointing. I like the idea of ordering and printing
