  3 employees stood around chatting while I used the self service kiosk that they told me I had to use. When one of my boxes was too large to scan at the tiny iPad. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them to have them scan it at the register for me. What's the point of hiring humans to work there when I've got to do everything myself? No other customers were in the store and they acted like I was ruining their day by having a prepaid pre-labelled package that I needed scanned. Would never use this store if I didn't have to.

  Horrible experience today at the UPS store location with representative Andrew. Clearly he doesn't want to work and it's shown through his customer service. I came simply because UPS driver left the missed you paper on my door and wanted to find out where my package was.... Instead, I was they're a franchise location, therefore, dont have all the access and whatever else.... 🙄 Simply a lie because I asked another worker when he left, the work was a girl and she was able to locate my package.

  Andrew was awesome. It was 30 minutes till close with the line out the door and he was so positive and friendly. I had no idea what I was doing and he helped me 100% he needs a raise
