  Not sure why my previous comment was removed… i was supporting the employees at this store while their AC was down and bringing attention to it. This leaves more concern for the well being of these young hard workers; how sad!!!!

  Came in today to do some Amazon returns and had a deeply frustrating experience with an associate named Rebecca (sp?). While scanning my second item, she grabbed two separate articles and tried to put them in the same bag. When I pointed out the mistake, she became visibly annoyed, unscanned the items, and ushered me over to the self-service kiosks to finish the process myself. When the kiosk wouldn't work, I had to wait in line all over again for a different associate to help me. I understand customer service can be stressful, but retaliating against a customer for catching your error is unacceptable. Now, if you don't want to interact professionally with the public, a customer-facing role might not be the right fit. Rebecca either needs comprehensive retraining on how to handle the public, or a different job in the OKC metro that doesn't involve face-to-face interaction. If this is not her name I can certainly provide whoever with more details.

  Went in to the store today. It's super hot and humid outside, and the store seemed to have no AC. It was probably close to 90° in the store. The poor employees are having to work in these conditions! If it was too hot for me the short time I was in the store, you can only imagine how hot it is for the employees! No fans, no other source of air. Yet all the employees were nice and helpful. Come on UPS, get these employees some AC, it's way too hot to be working in these conditions! And way too hot for your customers!

  Rating 5 stars because the workers are awesome BUT it was a very hot day and they do not have working AC. The line was long and the doors had to remain open. Hoping UPS makes this right for the hard working staff!

  They never answer the phone. I called during posted business hours for five straight days at different times. The greeting goes straight to voicemail, says the mailbox is full, then disconnects. In 2026 with advanced AI and digital technology, there is no excuse for such poor phone support. UPS should seriously reconsider who operates this location.
