  Ciara came up to the amazon self-help kiosk because I was having trouble. Not only did she help me with all of my packages, but she helped me figure out how to use the Amazon app return feature in a more efficient way. I went to the self-help kiosk because I had so many items, not because I didn’t want help. And Ciara made my day!! Truly! She helped me in such an unexpected way and went above and beyond in serving me!!!

  Don’t come here if you ever have a simple question that you ask an employee because you will be called rude, followed to your car, mocked, and told that you’re the problem for reacting to them being inappropriate towards you.

  By far the best shipping experience I’ve EVER had. Chris and Hayden were both very polite and helped me ship important family heirlooms to my daughter. I had gone to FedEx before this and the customer service there was lacking and after a grueling 20 minute exchange with possibly the most incompetent worker of all time I left and went to UPS. I was in and out in less than five minutes, shipped my valuables and purchased a box and packing with no issues. Chris was extremely polite and greeted me with a smile and a big “Hello! How’s your Monday going?” Hayden explained my packing options and got me the best bang for my buck in terms of packing and shipping cost combined. He worked with me to make sure I was getting the best deal which is rare these days. 10/10 Will be returning!

  This was one of the first few times coming to get help from the ups stores and I can say Mr Mateo was very helpful. He had a great attitude the whole time I was there and I really didn’t know what I was doing at first printing labels and doing returns but my whole experience was really easy thanks to him.

  Okay, so this is the first time I’m leaving a review but I had to mention how helpful the staff was today. I came in around 6:00 today with two boxes to ship, they were really heavy and the two gentlemen helped me carry them in. Ultimately the price to ship them was more than I wanted to pay; but the shorter one walked me through all of my shipping options and really tried to get me the best deal he could. Still it was gonna come out to nearly $500 to ship my stuff, that price is RIDICULOUS!!! I got a quote from FedEx for nearly $250 LESS. I took my business there. They lose some points for cost but 10/10 customer service!
