    Bill at UPS store at Omni Hotel in Oklahoma City was so extremely helpful and beyond thoughtful in assisting me during cancelled flights and a nightmare of flying here for a conference at the hotel. He went above and beyond to assist in a difficult situation. I am extremely grateful for his help!

    If you have to Drop off a package don't do it here, it takes forever to leave this store. Your package will be delayed for sure. Worst mistake I ever made. Slow slow

    The woman who helped me, Jinji/Gingi, was an absolute treat. She was beyond helpful in a pinch. So kind, so understanding. I wish everyone I was in contact with was as wonderful as this woman was to me.
