  Don’t. Just don’t. Impossible to find hidden in the Omni, staff that seemed really miffed to be asked to ship the package, and you pay an extra assessment charged by the Omni that was 25% of the cost of the shipment. Just don’t, unless you have to.

  This store is extremely busy. It needs 2 people at the counter. The 1 guy with the braids totally knows what he's doing with rates and all. But he's still only 1 guy.

  Be aware that because this is a special UPS store located inside the Omni hotel that if you ship something there and want to pick it up, they hit you with an extra $75 fee. There’s another UPS store less than a mile away does charge any extra fees. You would think shipping UPS to a UPS store there would be no additional charges. And asked for the service, I got to load my packages on a cart and take it down to my vehicle myself, and had to return the cart.

  Great UPS store located in downtown OKC. It's on the 2nd floor of the Omni Hotel in their conference area and was easy to find. Staff were fantastic, super friendly and nice, and made sure my items were safe. Would recommend to anyone looking for a UPS store in downtown or bricktown OKC.
