  I'm all about customer service but your worker Kim (if that is even her name, because she apparently doesn't even know who her manager or leader is), needs to be retrained on customer service and the sandwiches. She was incorrect on what comes on a certain sandwich that I order every time and also clearly says what's on the board. She was adding extra and the wrong meat on the sandwich when I told her that's not correct. She told me I didn't have to have an attitude... I was surprised because I didn't... she was quickly upset and started huffing and puffing while still trying to make my sandwiches... which made me very uncomfortable and didnt know what to say... but I went ahead and told her I didn't want the sandwiches anymore and I'll go to another subway. My child asked me why we were leaving and I said because "Kim" is rude and we will go to the one we always go to, "Kim" yelled after me "takes one to know one". I turned to tell her that she was the rude one then she told me to leave because she has another customer. That's when I asked who her manager was and she just kept shrugging her shoulders so I left. I went to the Subway in Del City where they were polite and know their sandwiches.

  Absolutely Not! My toasted sub was burnt to heck because the one person there had no help. Why is Subway understaffed at a lunch rush. I feel bad for the lady who was there all by herself. I know she is under an immense amount of pressure.

  I come in here quite a bit and sometimes it’s really good, but they toast the bread way too long. It’s really hard and hard to eat

  Terrible! The gentleman tried making me a sandwich with bread that’s been sitting out being used as a fly feeding ground! I ordered extra cheese and got half of the extra! I come here everyday the dude working here on Saturday afternoon SUCKS!

  My friend made us an online order 48 minutes before our set pickup time to give them plenty of time to get everything together since our pick up time was 12:15 (lunch rush). They didn’t have our bread, didn’t have the cookies we ordered and didn’t alert us of this till 2 minutes before our pickup time. Meaning they hadn’t started making our food till then. We also arrived at the store at 12:24 to pick up our food waited for a bit only to find out that our food wasn’t even ready yet. We didn’t end up getting our food until 15 minutes after the pickup time. Very annoying when we gave plenty of notice and there’s no reason two sandwiches and four cookies should’ve taken over an hour to get together.
