  Online order placed at 12:05. It's supposed to be ready at 12:29, I didn't get my food until 12:47. Lunch time over. I ordered baked Lay's. I received oatmeal raisin cookies. We can't fix it because it was an online order? If you order in person, it always takes forever. Fix it please!

  The lady that waited on us was rude we walked out, i been there in the afternoon for lunch it was great but the evening crew needs to learn some manners

  Most RUDEST staff of ANY location. My order was placed, confirmed, ready for pick up, paid on bank statement and when I went to pick up I was RUDELY informed without patience or care that they don’t have my order. I showed phone order confirmation and she told me she didn’t care and bye. This is the SECOND time to be treated that way regarding their online order app issues. I gave a chance but will NEVER AGAIN and I will continue to talk horrible about that location.
