Only one person in front of me and it took 15 minutes. Only 2 people working, one was learning. The new person working the counter kept getting distracted and pulled into the online ordering. They did 3 while I stood there. Once my sandwich was made, it was set down while the continued to work on online orders. The sandwich was only slightly cut and there was hardly any meat. Never again...
I ordered a B.M.T sandwich which comes with “Spicy Pepperoni, Genoa salami, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & mayo served on our freshly baked Artisan Italian bread” and in the photo you can clearly see there are only two meats and not three. I called to get a simple re-make and was told that they do this often and don’t make these mistakes. Calling me a liar when I have physical proof. I would have appreciated them checking the cameras given the doubt but to just outright decline a remake because of their perfection is next level. Definitely avoid this location, typically o have had no issue here but this single interaction has me at a loss for words.
