  Horrible, got order completely wrong. Sandwich was terrible. How hard is it to make a sandwich and follow instructions?

  I don’t really know what’s going on, but I sat at the speaker for about five minutes before being acknowledged, I tell them that I have a pick up order. The lady tells me to go ahead and pull forward and I ask if I can buy a cookie at the window and she says yeah so I pull up to the window The man gives me the cookie, takes my payment and then asks if I need anything else after the cookie and I’m like “no I’m just waiting on my order” and he shut the window and then come back about three minutes later asking me again if I’m waiting on anything else so I ended up having to go inside which is what I was trying to avoid because I had my toddler with me to finally pick up my order and he almost gave my order to DoorDasher.

  The coworkers had an important discussion that interrupted us giving our orders. I asked for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and was then asked how to make it, which caused confusion and for the sandwich to be made incorrectly. It was unclear if they were actually out of the cheese sauce or if I just couldn't see it.

  I had a not very friendly guy working at the counter. How about a friendly smile and welcome when customer comes in your place…. So cold !!!

  Walked in a bunch of people standing around the register looking lost I did mobile pick up and they couldn't even follow the directions to toast the sandwich also only had a few peices of chicken on it so I paid for bread
