  I get architectural plans mailed to me daily. Anytime I see a client use fed ex I silently curse. Fed has the WORST delivery drivers. I dont know how you screw up the easiest job on the planet but they figure it out every time

  I have been waiting all week for my package only to wake up every morning with new update saying ‘business is closed’ and package will arrive the following day! Spoke to FedEx customer service and they informed me that this location is closed but I can go pick it up if I want to?!?!? Make that make sense! If I pay for delivery.. shouldn’t it be delivered? And how would I be able to pick up if they are closed? Dumb dumb dumb

  Only gave one because I can't give 0. This company has lost not one but two of my packages. No picture of product and refusing to release the coordinates of where they delivered them. $2000.00 worth of merchandise missing from 2 separate suppliers dropped at wrong address. These people are still trying to say it was safely delivered so they aren't liable. I keep having to open new tickets. Don't use this company it will cause extreme headaches.
