  Horrible…. I called about a print job about two hours before closing asking if I would be able to send one order of 100 business cards and one order of 50 colored sheets in and would they be available by the end of the day. I explained that I would be driving quite far to this location and that I would need to leave immediately in order to get there. The lady on the phone explained to me that they would be able to complete before closing and just send in email. No mention of fees of any kind outside of printing. After emailing both of them with detailed emails I jumped in the car and called to confirm that they received them and if everything looks good on their side. The lady that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Said the last lady had already left for the day and that I would need to pay some ridiculous amount for resizing on each of them they were too big, also another fee of 7.99 for another fee, another fee for rushing the order because it was at the end of the day, another fee for setting up an account for me. She was extremely rude when I explained to her the conversation prior with the other lady. She did not care, was not helpful, not respectful so I chose to cancel the order and I’ll never again do business with FedEx. I wish I would’ve got her name because I would definitely blast her on here.

  My go-to printing center for work. Josh and many of the employees are always patient and helpful with each pdf and marketing piece I need printed. They are efficient and reasonably priced too!

  I would give zero stars If possible, one of the staff members called me and had questions about an order placed by my coworker, I told him I’m just the one picking it up the questions would probably be better suited for her and he got an attitude…. Don’t work a customer service job if you don’t wanna have to talk to people 🙄
