The people that work there are usually pretty nice and helpful and know what they’re doing. The 3 star rating is for the HORRIBLE ramp outside the facility that is impossible to get a cart or wheelchair up. This needs to be fixed as well as a wheelchair friendly door with button to keep both doors open at the same time. Unacceptable in today’s world. FIX THIS FEDEX!!!

FedEx literally is the worst. Packages never arrive on time, they’re delivered to the wrong addresses. It’s really not hard to read an address on a box. And it sucks because we are forced to use FedEx. GET IT TOGETHER. Stop hiring incompetent people.
