  I dropped off one package well before the cut off time at 6pm and it was labeled for overnight delivery. They didn't pick up until 1pm the next day and changed it to 2day delivery so it took 4 days to arrive at destination. Then they have completely lost two of my packages on separate occassions. I only have the tracking # to go by but if they don't pick up and put the tracking # in their system then no point to that tracking # if they lose it. One of those packages had 500 pages of paper that I have to re-print and ship again. Will not be using this location ever again.

  Jerry and Molly were SO helpful! It was a little busy but in the midst of everything they were not rushing me at all. We had a whole bunch of wifi issues which they both were very patient with me in helping getting that resolved. On top of everything, they worked with me to get a discount on the pages I was printing, as it much more than I expected. This was incredible customer service and you’re blessed to have these employees!!

  Rude and unhelpful girl working today. Asked twice for help in getting a document printed and received no assistance. Not sure if she is racist or just lacks customer service skills.
