  I have wrote multiple times and email. I’ve reached out. No one has left a note on my door saying my package was undeliverable. Every time I go to track it. It just says it’s in route. It’s been quite some time and no one has gotten back to me. pretty shitty customer service if you ask me

  Not cool. Package supposedly delivered to my address AND signed for. How can it be almost 2027, with all the porch pirating & packages misdeliveries? With an overabundance of technology & tracking available ? Take a picture of the person who "signs" for the delivery. Ask for identification. Then, I call customer service & everything is automated. No live cs rep & not enough options available. Come on world are we that afraid of each other ? Social media is ultimately creating an anti social network of cowards. We can do better. Next option: Add photos. Of what? My empty porch.

  Eric and Shonti at the DHL office on 63rd St. absolutely lovely. Not at all happy with the truck driver that did not deliver our package (That person would get a negative star) But these two people made up for it. Once we determined we would have it delivered to the store as opposed to our address, Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Shonti Called as soon as the package was at the store. And when I went to pick up the package, Eric listened to my concerns. They were nothing but sympathetic and fully apologetic for the driver. They dealt with The situation in a kind and professional manner. If you’re going to use DHL I recommend having your packages dropped off at that shop on 63rd as opposed to any place else.

  Even when busy their kind staff of four did their best to help me be in and out. Any rude reviews you read might reflect more on the reviewer than the staff. They could have let me ship out my package with my own box but they took the time to let me know the included package from DHL would be cheaper and explained other things. $57 for two day shipping to Mexico is well worth it to me.

  I had a wonderful experience with DHL! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Shonti and Eric were the absolute best!! Both were so friendly, helpful, and very professional. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and make the shipping process easy. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. I truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend DHL!
