This is the second cricket store that was not open when it should have been open. I'm not quite sure why any of the stores bother to have posted hours if they don't apply.

Serenity helped us port over three phones today and made the experience great!!!! Before coming to this store I went to 2 other crickets and couldn't get the three phones I wanted. Not only did she have them on hand she made sure everything worked and was transferred over before we lefted the store. I stay on the other side of town 30 mins away but will be visiting this store if I ever need assistance. Thanks again Serenity for all you help today

Went to this location and the guy was rude and didn't act like he wanted to help us at all. Kept telling him we just needed a sim card not a e-sim and he said he couldn't do that. So my daughter paid for an e-sim and he said he couldn't give us a receipt for it because his cash register was messing up. We get home and there's nothing put on her phone. We live almost an hour away from a cricket store and I was going to the doctor is why we stopped there. Not happy at all. This kid treated us poorly
