  We have been customers for 10yrs or more. We went in to add a line, and when he tried it wated to charge me an extra $55 per month. He even said this don't look right, should be an extra $10 due to our choice of coverage. Called his supervisor and he said that since we are OLD customers that the plans have changed (even thought they are the SAME as when we signed) and i would have to start a Whole New plan and pay all the activation fees again if I wanted to add the extra line for the $10 advertised. .... is this how they treat long standing customers??? ... iam researching a new carrier now.
