  Well my experience was I went there to try to get one part paid for the part told the other store I was coming and they pulled away as I was pulling in and knew it was me I chose not to give me my part now I'm going to stay here might lose my job and I'm not too happy with them right about now I still don't have my part and I don't have my money either hope whoever that was that pulled away after he seen me as happy with himsel

  I gave them 1 star only because I had to leave something. This place is an absolute joke. I was there 4 times for 1 item. I kept having to return and exchange for the "correct" item. I am a disabled middle aged woman and I needed reverse( back up) lights for my car and these damn joker's kept giving me the wrong bulbs. They wouldn't even come out to my car to see what sz bulb I needed and they bitched about helping me. One said they were short staffed and the other one said he didn't have time to see what kind of bulb I needed. They never got the correct bulb. I made a final return and went to O'Reilly's they came out to see what I needed and I was in an out. Took maybe 15 min total.

  Mike provided me with excellent customer service and installed my wiper blades for me. Definitely a good store !
