  Extremely rude manager on duty named sara, wouldn’t take my order and claimed registers were closed even though they were not closed. Attitude could have atleast been better and maybe I wouldn’t have made this review but I am baffled by the attitude!

  No one where's gloves. It's dirty. So gross. The fountain machine is full of mold. The employees are more concerned about there personal issues.

  Sara is the best order taker in the UNIVERSE. She is SO NICE! And she’s becoming a NURSE so she deserves the most RESPECT. Transfer all business stock to her immediately.

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should. The biggest issue was the cashier (the female employee). She was extremely unfriendly and came across as selective in how she treated customers. While I can’t say what her intentions were, I genuinely felt that she treated certain customers differently, and it left me wondering whether such a bias was involved. No customer should leave a restaurant with that kind of impression. Management seriously needs to invest more in customer service training. Being busy (actually my family was the only customer at that time) is understandable, but being consistently cold, dismissive, and making customers feel unwelcome is not acceptable. If this continues, it could easily lead to complaints about discriminatory treatment because that’s honestly the impression I walked away with. The food wasn’t much better. Everything was excessively salty. The Lemon Pepper wings, the Cajun seasoning, and especially the fries were so salty that they overwhelmed the actual flavor. I wasn’t expecting perfection—just basic courtesy and decent food. Unfortunately, this visit failed on both. I hope management takes customer service seriously before this becomes a much bigger issue
