    Whoever yall had making fries this evening and yesterday evening knows what their doing cause our fries were hot and fresh both times them voodoo fries slapped, hell just the fries without all that were good! They need a raise cause they know how to serve fresh food!!! He or she needs employee of the month🤣

    I was doordashing here. I walk in and an employee asks, "are you here to place an order or pick one up?" I tell her I have a Doordash for (going to protect their name) Anyway, she tells me it was already picked up, but that it's okay because they will remake it. As I'm waiting, a large bearded man comes with an attitude, tells her not to make the order then comes to me with a snappy voice and says, "We can't remake that, SORRY DID I WASTE YOUR TME?!" I said, "no, you're good" He said, very loudly, "You're gonna have to contact doordash and tell them to cancel that order because it was stolen" I said, "that happens sometimes, so I'll report that it was taken and doordash will load money onto my dasher card to place a new order." He said, "no I can't do that, then I'll be giving away free food" I tried to explain that they would be paying for an entire new meal exactly the same. He said and take it where? I said, to the customer. He said, I've never heard of that ever, doordash doesn't do that. They most definitely do but he did not believe me. His two employees on the clock looked terrified of him and one was even hiding in a corner. Then he said you need to leave and accused me of cussing at him and threatened the cops then stormed off into the back of the store

    I ordered some boneless hot honey wings for my wife. When I got home they were actually buffalo. The manager Adam was overly apologetic and asked in what way he could make it right. He remade the order no questions asked and put a few extra wings ij for my trouble. This is for sure my go to wingstop if this service is always the standard. Mistakes are common. Outstanding customer service? Not always. Ill be returning for sure.

    I paid a lot of money for 5 extra ranches and directly asked the worker if he put ranch in the bag. He said yes. I drove 40 minutes back home to see no ranch at all in my bag. The worker seemed standoffish when I called up there about my ranch. DO NOT come to this restaurant!
