  I had an Amazon return that needed a hazmat label. Since I could not print it in color, I assumed the UPS store would provide one. They told me they do not have any. I guess that's what I get for assuming a shipping store would have the necessary supplies to ship things.

  Took in a pre-paid Amazon return. The clerk scanned my code, then insisted I buy a box. The item was already in a box. I see from other reviews this is a common game they try to pull at this UPS store. Do yourself a favor and use a different UPS store or UPS access point at CVS or Michaels.

  UPS damaged my package in the mail, waited 2 weeks to contact me after I filed the claim, and when I didn't respond within 18 hours of them gotting back to me, they closed the claim and won't talk to me.

  I had the best experience here. The parking is difficult to get in and out of and there aren’t enough spaces, but don’t let that throw you off. I needed a package delivered but didn’t have a printer. They were easily able to print my label by having me send them an email of the shipping label and got my package off with no hassle. No stress. No pressure. The staff is so kind and patient. They even sell the stamps I needed so I didn’t have to go anywhere else. They’re quick service and kind words will have me coming back.
