  Walked in the get a sandwich. Guy behind counter said he had to go put product in the freezer, left 3 of us standing in line. 8 mins goes by and he is still in the back, so I end3r up leaving. Never had this bad of service from a Subway.

  I came into the restaurant to be greeted by the rudest staff member. He was very unprofessional as the first thing out of his mouth was I have 3 sandwiches ahead of you and it’s 8:30 and I close in 30 minutes so I cannot take your order. I cannot even answer your questions below as I was not even given service. I have been in the hospitality industry for years and let me tell you this guy should not even be in the service industry. I can see why this establishment is not going to survive with having employees working for you who do not feel that customer service is important and first priority. Without customers you will have no business. His behavior along with his attitude was beyond unacceptable. I will never come back or refer anyone to this Subway.

  Jarius is the best and always makes the best sandwiches in town. Even if I am across town by another subway I will drive to come her to get a sandwich from jay jay!!! She is super friendly and kind as is all of the staff that works here!!!

  terrible 😂 placed a mobile order but still had to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich with only 3 things on it. 2 workers but honestly seemed like 1 was doing all the work.

  I had an absolutely exceptional experience at this Subway location, and it is entirely thanks to Charles, Linda, and Jackie! From the moment we walked in, their friendly and welcoming energy set a fantastic tone. They were incredibly patient, meticulous, and made sure our sandwiches were crafted perfectly to our liking with fresh, high-quality ingredients. On top of the top-tier customer service, the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean, organized, and comfortable to dine in. It is rare to see a team work so efficiently and cheerfully together. Thank you, Charles, Linda, and Jackie, for turning a quick meal into a wonderful experience—we will absolutely be returning!
