  Excellent customer service from everyone behind the counter. Especially Charlie who made a fresh batch of my mom’s favorite cookies since they were out. Restaurant was clean too! Thx guys!

  I’ve been into the subway two times. The first time was absolutely chaotic, employees were under trained, stressed, and Seemed to be getting angry with the customers for simply ordering food. One of the employees even had their child playing in the dining area. I wrote this off and decided to come back several months later only to Experience almost the same thing again today. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. They are out of several types of bread, several toppings, long line of people not getting helped. It took exactly 14 minutes just to get to the point where I could order a sandwich and there was only four people in front of me.

  Worker who is on the current shift doesn’t know that kids meals come with apple sauce and a drink and wanted to argue that it had to be paid for extra and when confronted about how it comes with the kids meal he simply responded I don’t know and refused to hand over what was paid for It’s ridiculous to have an employee out of training who doesn’t know what their kids meals come with and reflects poorly on all staff and management The fact the employee responded with “I don’t know” instead of saying “let me ask someone who does know” is also a major issue outside of stealing money from customers
