  The lady was horrible she was literally throwing my sandwich around and she called me stupid because she didn’t hear what meat i said and called me gross because I wanted barbecue on my grilled chicken just overall don’t recommend

  This location seems to never wear the window headset. Sat in the window line for 10+ minutes tonight just to find all of the employees talking behind the counter to each other. You would be better off shutting the window option down.

  Husband does an Uber order. We couldn't quite figure out why the Uber Driver was waiting so long. Finally Drivers on the way. We get our order, and of course it's majorly messed up. Mine was to had been a foot long. Nope it wasnt.Was to had been toasted... It wasn't...had more pickles than my new jar of pickles. Had no mayo either. Daughter's sandwich had so much sirracha sauce she removed a bunch of it, 4 bites later couldn't finish due to so much sauce. Didn't have the lettuce either. Her other one they politely added pepperoni to her ham and salami. Husband's was supposed to had been a Meatball Marinara 12 inch. Nope was 6 inch. There's more that was wrong.. but he called Subway, and the gal let him know he needed to bring it all back cause they're supposed to get them back. Daughter had already ate part of hers... i added mayo to mine cause it didnt have any. All he wanted was the other half of the sandwiches.. she was adamant that we give them back. Hard to do when we had already started to eat them. Our total was $36.38. People want more monies, I get that. We just want our food made right. Read the orders and make it right... He also told her and I quote "WE WONT BE BACK" and hung up. So nope...won't be back. Sad part is we had been there before and was fantastic. Hadn't had it in a while, and sounded good. Operative word...SOUNDED. Guess we will have to try the other end of Classen and try 12th ave...Maybe they know how to read.

  Every time I go in they are always out of bread or only have one kind avail or not enough for my order. Made my order online and when I got there I was told they were about to call me to let me know my bread wasnt avail did I want to cancel it. They only had herb and cheese so I had them use that. A family came in when I did and was told they couldn't make them anything because they were out of bread- they had a few loaves left after my order, just wanted to close early and not be bothered with customers. This happens often at this location so I have learned to go to the one in noble if at all possible because they are friendlier and read the notes I leave about my order. (Sauces on side so sandwich doesn't get soggy b4 I get home). Avoid thos location at all costs!!
