  I was trying to ship a battery, but they were not authorized to do it. The manager was very helpful sending me to the distribution center.

  It's basically the only FedEx in town so there's nothing to really compare it to but this last trip was handled well. This rating is only for one trip. I've had issues in the past with this place but it's unfair to rate them since they've had many personnel changes for the better.

  Super friendly staff anytime I have visited. I even had sometbing going back to my corporate office that wasn't even being shipped from FedEx and they helped me out. Great location
