  I feel cricket is taking advantage of thier customers. Especially with charging us upgrade fees, on devices that aren't being upgraded. I lost $25 today bc Cricket refuses to refund me a activation fee on a device I didn't even leave the store with . I asked to have the money put towards my bill. I was denied. The oy thing I was offered was Ro have my future activation fees wiaved on my next device purchase .I'm not pleased with that bc who knows when that will be, meanwhile cricket charges me monhly on service but is holding my $25 untill I get a new device . Whatever happened to ,THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ? BRING BACK GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
