If I can give this store negative stars I would because I went yesterday to purchase a phone and the Sale Rep keep pushing me to get a case with any phone I get and if I didn’t he wouldn’t help me and told me to go other Cricket store where I get a phone without a case that’s a UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I came to this store because it was closer to my home I understand they work based on commission but I feel if you are a great Sale Rep and knowledgeable and of course not pressure the customer they will buy items for their phones
