  Food is always so good but service sucks they are always forgetting stuff I order and the people who work here are kinda rude. And if you call they ain’t answering the phone. Store is dirty as hell too.

  Not surprised this place has low reviews. Normally they are decent enough I order here every Thursday/Wednesday and today they completely messed up my order and when I called to let them know the manager was flat out disrespectful followed by hanging up on me when I was saying what was incorrect with the order. It was the manager and cashier working 05/12/26 at noon. The last thing they said before hanging up was “go to another wingstop if you’re calling about cheese” followed by laughs. I ordered cheese fries and there was no cheese.

  I will never go hear again. I seen how they treat their employees, always blaming on others and not the ones that need to get the blame. I seen a cashier poke a boy in the private area at the Easter party they were having for the kids at the front counter. Ones who take their time to do what they have to do, and then blame it on someone else cause it took too long. Mgmt needs to do their jobs right, take accountability for their actions instead of blaming others. It's sad that pretty much all responses are the same from you all. There is nothing you can do, cause your not going to change anything. I chose some place else that's a lot better.
