  This location is a joke. They’ll charge you for printing out a label and they don’t even carry UPS supplies. They said they stopped ordering from ups because it was inconvenient for them.🤪😂🤣🤣

  Best UPS Store I have ever visited .very professional service. An Asian guy, I think his name was Ranzi, was extremely polite and professionally explained everything about packing and shipping. This guy deserves a raise Thanks for hiring such a dedicated employee. I will definitely come back again.

  Rudest boy employee I ever dealt with. I will never utilize this location again, and I will file with UPS regarding the rudeness of this employee. Just because a girl calls in requesting tracking because the tracking number provided by this location states invalid on the ups.com website and via UPS customer phone tracking, don’t treat her as dumb. I did speak with UPS and they said sometimes the website and their system mistakenly makes a tracking number invalid but they are able to track it. But this boy told me I typed it in wrong and to stop googling. I told him it was correct and I didn’t google. He didn’t care, he kept berating me.

  Sabrina, the lady that helped me at this store, was the rudest person I have ever met!! So hateful, rude, it seemed like she hated her life being there!! I hope management sees this and makes a change. She treated me like crap and made me feel so stupid when trying to return stuff off my wedding registry.
