  I was returning an Amazon item.. and highly disappointed with the item and ready to give up and let them keep my money.. Went to The UPS Store and Thank you Tiffany, Ups Rep for going more than over and above to help me return the bulk Dude Wipes I didn't order. This friendly lady needs a raise

  Terrible service at this location. I brought in a very expensive item to ship and was told by the employee at the counter that I had to check it in myself, I do not work here, and I do not get paid to do their job. When shipping something of high value, you want peace of mind, proper handling, and a printed receipt directly from the staff to make sure everything is logged correctly. Refusing to properly intake a high-cost package is lazy and unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location."

  I had 2 boxes approx. 20 inches square to drop off for Amazon. I was advised since there were 2 boxes but only 1 return label I had 3 options, 1. Leave one box and contact amazon to get another return label for the remaining box, #2 purchase a box from the U.P.S store $9.00, or #3 return home and get a box. Then, she told me she had another option. I could purchase tape for $5.00 dollars plus tax and I could tape the boxes together. That sounded like a great idea. I paid for the tape $5.44. She then gets her tape, goes around the boxes 2 times. I asked, what was going on, i just purchased tape. She tells me I paid for her to do that for me. $5.44 for approximately.60 inched of tape. She advised me usually, they give the tape for free but since it was so much, they had to charge. Had she advised me of that prior to paying for the tape, I would not have done it. And I confronted her, she said, oh well, that's not what I meant. With the deceptive practices, I will never use this store again.
