  Made my online order, said it would be ready at 6:00. I get to the store about 6:15. They still hadn’t even started my order, and had someone in front of me to make theirs. I asked for it to be canceled. She said she couldn’t. Now it’s 6:43, and she’s finally making my order. 10/10 do not recommend this subway.

  I went to this Subway today. The manager is the person who made a perfect Foot long sandwich! I want to thank her for making one of the best sandwiches that I've ever had and I'm 51 years old. I will definitely be coming back to this Subway and hope that she is the one there making the sandwich. I don't know how she made it so delicious, but she did. Thank you Subway! Money well spent for a delicious meal! I will be there two to three evenings a week from now on. Because I am an Officer for Midwest City, I am going to show how I have lost weight from eating there. 306lbs currently. I will send more emails when I lose more.

  I usually go to another location. However, they were out of ingredients, so I came to the one on Douglas by Crest. The young lady with red hair has the customer service skills of a lethargic gnat. She should not be working in the front with customers, and needs to be trained how to at least pretend to want to be at work. I felt like I was bothering her with the way she was acting. I know one person doesn't mean much, but I will never return to this location due to the lack of common decency.

  No tuna had to wait 20mins to make it, tomatoes slimy, soda machine broke, no lettuce prepped, ect.the lady had no energy just mono mood moving slow with out purpose. No water cups. After 20mins waiting for the tuna she was skimpy on the protein. Just blah atmosphere all the way around. Gave 2 stars because atleast she went and made the tuna. Two customers ahead of me walked out

  This is by far worst subway store,the employee was obviously perturbed that I was interrupting her vape brake, I ordered a foot long tuna on herb bread and was told all they had was white or wheat when I asked about the bread on the rack behind her she stated that it was to hot to use just yet and when I asked for black olives on the sandwich she gave me six olives I asked for more she stated that's all you get because of costs, very disappointing to pay 12 dollars for a sandwich and have this kind of experience,, take your money and time somewhere else the service sucks the price is way to high for what you get at this location
