  What is up with this place??? Every single freaking time I order something to go, I get home to find that the bread they made my sandwich with is so stale it's freaking hard and crumbly! I'm starting to think that they give their stale bread to everyone doing takeout or drive through, because this literally happens every single time at this location. And we only live 5 minutes away, so it isn't like it went stale on the way home. But tell me, HOW in the heck can someone make a sandwich with STALE bread and not realize it's stale??? It's hard as a rock! It crumbles apart when you try to do anything with it. How do you NOT notice?????

  Ordered two sandwiches online. One BMT and one Oven roasted turkey. BMT hardly had meat and didn't have extra sauce that was requested. And the Oven roasted turkey had BMT meat and turkey and extra sauce not what I ordered. And I called and the lady said she couldn't do anything. Nice Thanks for the horrible experience.

  The food is great, but theyre VERY understaffed, literally only one person in the store. Went through the drive through. Lady took our order kinda rude, and then when we asked for default sandwiches plus a few ingredients, she ONLY PUT THOSE INGREDIENTS. This has only happened once, and probably because it was a drive through order, but its ridiculous anyway.

  What's not to like, someone makes your sandwich to your order while you watch. It is delicious!
