  If I could put a zero star on this company's upper management I would. The company really does not care about their employees or their customers. Iracema is stuck up and I saw her yelling at another employee. 5 stars to the old crew that was there they were awesome even though the ladies were threatened with their lives a few times. I saw it for myself and they still did their jobs to the best of their ability after the situation was handled.

  All the employees up there were very nice and professional haven't had any problems with my Cricket phone or my Cricket service love it
