  Cricket wireless has screwed me out of a whole month's worth of service time. My phone was stolen so I called cricket to have my service suspended until I could buy another phone to transfer my phone number to instead of suspending my service they canceled my service. Which screwed me out of 2 weeks worth of service. I had to buy another month's worth of service and now they cannot call me back at a decent time or day so that my phone number can be transferred and so I'm almost out of time on this month they will not compensate me they will not do anything for me and I have been a customer for many years. I have had trouble with this service for as long as I can remember and I have stuck with them. They have done me so dirty. Do not go with cricket

  The young man Max, that helped me today. His mom should be proud! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personable. He did everything right! The company should realize the gem they found in him and train him for management! I would recommend this store to EVERYONE because of him!

  Megan was extremely helpful and NICE! It's hard to find good customer these days and this is not the first time I've had phone trouble and these folks have gone out of their way to help me solve my problem.
