so apparently employees just get to choose the time whenever they’re open and closed? This subway says open 24 hours and he tells me it’s closed for one hour for cleaning usually from 11 to 12. I went in at 10:45 before and got in line to get a sandwich and he told me it’s closed. I was like oh man it’s not open 24 hours. He said no I go to my car and I look online and it says open 24 hours. I go back in and ask him he says they’re closing an hour for cleaning and it depends on whether they’re busy or not if they’re open I do not recommend this place service was horrible if it says open 24 hours, it should be open 24 hours. Employees shouldn’t just pick the time they get to make sandwiches. It’s their job.

0 Stars is actually appropriate for my visit on 11/23/24. So on a SATURDAY night, we were looking forward to getting food to take home after an hour’s drive. We passed other restaurants on the way to our home in McLoud, expecting this 24 HOUR location to be open at 11:30 PM on Saturday. We were not the only ones. There were two other gentlemen that approached the subway as well. The young man on duty slides over to the food bins and proceeds to shut the lids as he stated that “this subway was closed”. Closed at 11:30 PM on a Saturday, at a 24hour location? He said that they close every day for 1 hour for cleaning. I asked him when that one hour would be over. He told me that at “this rate” it would be 1:00 in the morning. I have been to this location several times late on weekend nights and never had this type of issue. I then proceeded to drive 11 miles one way to the Loves on Choctaw exit to get my Subway sandwiches from two very nice people. I then drove the 11 miles back to McLoud. I guess I will make the Choctaw exit my choice from now on. The people there said that they do their cleaning in the early morning when they don’t usually have customers. Forget the McLoud location.
