  Let’s see….I was unaware that this subway was a “bring your own drink “ if you actually want a beverage that tastes correctly. 1st drink: The Dr. Pepper had zero flavor…the worker acknowledged this fact. 2nd drink: You could literally taste the tea grounds in my cup of sweet tea…the worker also acknowledged this fact , but she could not make more due to having no sugar. Keep in mind that I had purchased the above NASTY DRINKS , when my husband ended up PAYING for a bottled soda from the cooler. So we paid for one drink that was totally undrinkable, we were not given a refund nor exchange and then paid for an entirely new soda from the cooler. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A SUBWAY EVER!!!

  Ordered a new menu item and the employee, who was new, put the wrong chicken on it. That wasn't the main issue. The main issue was the manager who loudly proclaimed we don't do substitutions on this particular item, as though I picked the meat out. Then very loudly made sure the employee putting it together knew it came with this, this, and this ... nothing else. I wasn't sure if I could even ask for anything else or if I would be told what I wanted.

  Didn't catch the lady's name working but she was amazing! Both sandwiches were made just right and tasted amazing! Definitely will return!

  Always out of everything, and making it insanely difficult to get a damn sandwich. Ordered online and when I get there they tell me they’re out of EVERYTHING I ordered then refused to refund me my money and said I had to take it up with support in the app, then I asked if they could just sub me for other sandwiches and I get told no. You totally can sub me for another sandwich, it’s not that difficult. Will not be eating here again absolutely ridiculous
