I love this subway and usually have a very good experience here. Everyone's very friendly and helpful. But one employee, Maddie? Look out for her. She's pretty snappy and shows in her face like talking to you or making your food is such an inconvenience. Other than that one, the food's fresh and service is good.
Literally never have meatballs the last 5 times they aint had them 4 times and had to wait 20 mins the one time so I called ahead to see caz I assumed they didn't and I was right I guess we are in a national meatball shortage.
This place isn't great for pickup, as the employees here tend to miss ingredients almost on purpose it seems. One occasion they forgot the cheese on the pizza sub, and my favorite one is when they forgot to put the lettuce on a BLT. This is most definitely the aftternoon shift if any manager wants to look into this [12:00pm-3pm]. So, if you order here, please do it inside that way you can supervise them making the sandwich since they still need it apparently.
I went there a while back and had a bad experience. Thought I would never go again but I decided to today, and i'm glad I did the people working there today was genuinely, the nicest people her name was Harleigh and there was two gentlemen by the names of Marik and Ashton. So if the boss reads this you need to give them all kinds of credit, you need more people like them. Thank you for a good experience
Staff worked fast to handle both orders of people in-line and orders that were made on-line Sandwiches were very good.
